A toasty, chocolatey and slightly bitter stout with a pleasantly silky lactose sweetened taste.

Silicon Sweet Stout is a dark, light and enjoyable craft stout. However, at 6.3% strength, it is very easy to drink and the flavours are not too breathtaking. There is a slight chocolatey aroma and a delicate coffee mixed with sweet tiramisu. On the palate, the flavours are primarily of smooth coffee and sweet milk chocolate, due to the use of lactose in the brewing process. It is ideal with a variety of desserts, but can also be enjoyed as a drinkable beer. We recommend serving chilled and in a large open glass, so that the aroma is even better appreciated.
