Aberlour 18y

Mature and complex, the Aberlour 18y is a sherry dream. This edition is double sherry casked and matured for a luxurious 18 years. The aromas introduce the rich nature of the whisky, opening with notes of toffee, butterscotch, ripe peach and bitter orange. The palate initially offers a creamy, apricot flavour, then develops into blackcurrant jam, sweet oak and honey. The finish is mesmerizingly long and well balanced, moving from notes of crème brûlée to oak. Aberlour 18y is tastefully spicy, deep and a fruity delicacy.
