Ardbeg Y2K 23y is a completely unprecedented glitch in the matrix. Just before the change of the millennia, when widespread panic loomed around the globe, Ardberg marked down all their stock on floppies and other old-time servers. Well, not all of their stock, because a few casks were inexplicably sent to a far away warehouse and forgotten about for years. The Ardberg Y2K 23y is a super limited edition whiskey that encompasses the new millennium spirit. This Ardberg was distilled in a historic still, which served the company for 51 and was retired in 2001. The whiskey was matured in the finest bourbon and Oloroso casks until 2024.
