By being explorative and adventurous with the terroirs, the different soils render unique nuances to the flavour palates of the wines. The riesling grapes for this wine were grown in well drained soil comprised of loose quartz, shale and siltstone. The appearance is captivating, a soft golden hue with hints of green. On the nose, aromas of jasmine and fresh fruits become apparent, predominantly pear and lemon. When sipping, the fruity flavours intensify, followed by a mineral finish.
