Château Canteloudette 2021, AOC Entre-Deux-Mers, Bordeaux, France is a very unique wine of the Entre-Deux-Mers region. Apart from being from a region with picturesque and scenic views, it has aromas of white fruits and citrus fruits. The wine is largely made up of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which give the wine its powerful acidity and citrus notes. The slight softness and floral character of the wine comes from the Sémillon and Muscadelle varieties, which make up 5% of the wine. Light and fresh, it is a wonderful aperitif or accompaniment to seafood!
