Domaine Moellinger Pinot Noir, AOC Alsace

Although Alsace is more known for its white wines, we have recently seen a significant rise in the popularity of Pinot Noir. When pouring this wine into a glass, the first thing that surprises us is its exceptionally light colour! This wine has not been aged in oak barrels, which has allowed it to retain all its freshness. Nevertheless, there is a pleasant concentration and a palpable depth! In the mouth, wonderful notes of red berries and the minerality typical of Alsace come to the fore!
