Lagavulin Double Matured Distillers Edition 2022 showcases masterful craftsmanship, with each cask carefully selected to match the character of its single malt. First matured in American and European oak casks, then finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and heavily flamed new American oak ends. The result is a remarkably deep and complex whisky.

Its colour is amber with brown highlights. The nose reveals peat, dried fruit, vanilla, and raisins. On the palate, marine notes, smoke, salted caramel, and sherry unfold, finishing with lingering oak, spices, and peat.
