Price per litre:
This vermouth was named after the Italian bartender Giancarlo Mancino, who started his vermouth journey working in a small family-owned enterprise in Piedmonte, Italy in 2011. Mancino Vermouth Rosso Amaranto’s remarkable quality and exquisite taste comes from 38 plants. The main notes are of vanilla, rhubarb root, juniper berries, myrrh, cloves, cinnamon cloves and orange peels. The plants are grinded in a traditional mill that has been in use since the 1930s, afterwards soaked in neutral alcohol before mixed with a Trebbiano di Romagna wine base. After a week-long filtration process, it is bottled only after six months. On the etiquette of the bottle is a city inspired by Giancarlo’s hometown of Pignola, Italy. A gorgeous, rich vermouth to enjoy.
