Tsolikouri is one of western Georgia’s most prized and popular grape varieties, valued for producing both dry whites and naturally semi-sweet dessert wines. Wines made in the Imeretian or Kakhetian traditions have a beautiful amber color, lively citrus and green apple aromas, and a harmonious, cheerful taste.
