The North Star Tullibardine was distilled in 2013, then aged in an Oloroso barrique and a Bourbon barrel for 10 years. Just 378 bottles have been produced. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 55% ABV. On the nose, it reveals notes of vanilla pastries, peaches and oak. On the palate, notes of gingersnap cookies, spices and fruit salad hook you in. The finish is soft and sweet, like a summery breeze.
