North Star 11 Y.O. Glenallachie is a single malt from the Glenallachie Distillery in Speyside. This whiskey has been left to mature in an oloroso sherry butt for 11 years. The nose offers notes of toasted vanilla, brown sugar, caramel, oak and fruits. The palate entices with notes of rich biscuity malt, spice, wood and a wave of buttery toffee. The finish is long and bold, with additional notes of spice and sweet fruit.
