This Linkwood single malt was distilled back in 2009 and aged for 14 years in a refill Sherry butt. Bottled in 2023 by North Star with a cask strength of 57.5% ABV. Just 588 bottles in the world. On the nose, it reminds of Scottish perfumery. On the palate, it tastes of banana bread and popping candy with a hint of white pepper. The finish is slightly oily and utterly delish.
