This North Star single malt comes from a top secret distillery on Orkney. Distilled in 2007 and left to mature for 17 years in an Oloroso sherry hogshead. Just 302 bottles produced. On the nose, it entices with notes of toffee and popcorn. On the palate, a sense of fluffy maple pancakes and fresh green berries. The finish is nice and peaty.
