North Star 31 Y.O. Cameronbridge 1992 – 2024 SGSW

This single grain was distilled at Cameronbridge in 1992 and was left to mature in a refill red wine barrique for 31 years. North Star bottled it in April of 2024, having a limited release of 179 bottles. On the nose, aromas of pine resin, varnished wood and fresh rain. On the palate, notes of banana skin, greek yoghurt and honey sweeten the deal. The finish is like peanut butter on hot toast.
