North Star’s “The Fool” is a blended malt from their Tarot series. It’s a gorgeous marriage of 2016 vintage malt and grain whiskies from Edrington. The blend has then been matured for 6 years before being bottled in 2022. On the palate, it reveals earthy flavours with notes of vanilla and cinnamon. An exceptional blend that does not fool around!
