Purtse Strawberry Smooch

Strawberry Smooch is a 4,7% gose brewed with Himalayan salt and strawberry purée. It was soured for 24 hours with kefir yogurt and then fermented with kölsch yeast for a smooth acidity and a clean fermentation profile. You can taste a sweet and round strawberry liquid candy which is quite instantly replaced by a strong and sour mix dominating with the salt. To enjoy our beer at its best, remember to store it cold at anytime (around 4°C and definitely no higher than 12°C) and enjoy it as soon as you can! Strawberry Smooch should be served around 6° Celsius.
