Redbreast Lustau Edition

Redbreast Lustau Edition is the result of a rare partnership between Bodegas Lustau and Midleton Distillery. Aged 9–12 years in bourbon and sherry casks, it spends a final year in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts from Jerez, Spain. On the nose, it offers notes of ark fruits, prunes, figs, liquorice, marzipan, toasted oak and spice. The palate holds a silky pot still character, bold spice, rich sherry depth, and fresh Spanish oak. The finish is long, sweet, and spicy, with Oloroso and oak lingering.
