Tilisma Pétillant Naturel Kisi Khikhvi

Tilisma Pétillant Naturel Kisi Khikhvi is a Georgian white sparkling wine made from Kisi and Khikhvi grapes. Produced using the pét-nat method, it’s fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel (without skins or stems) and aged on the lees in bottle for six months.

Kisi contributes notes of ripe pear, marigold, tobacco, and walnut. Khikhvi adds layers of ripe and dried yellow fruit, with hints of exotic plants—showcasing its versatility in both dry and dessert wines.

The result is a creamy, refreshing, and well-balanced wine with playful bubbles. Aromas of peach, apricot, apple, pear, white flowers, herbs, and hay shine through.
