Tilisma Rkatsiteli-Kakhuri Mtsvane is a dry white wine from Georgia.

Mtsvane Kakhuri is a grape variety used in the production of many Georgian white wines. Its name, which means “new”, “young” or “green” in Georgian, refers to the yellow-green hue of its ripe berries.

Mtsvane brings a fruity, aromatic lift to the pronounced acidity and firm tannins of Rkatsiteli. Both grapes naturally possess high acidity, making them well-suited for extended maceration.

Aromas and flavors include orange zest, pear purée, feijoa, and green apple, with additional notes of bread yeast, cheese, and butter contributing to its depth.
