Tilisma Rkatsiteli-Mtsvane Pétillant Naturel

Tilisma Rkatsiteli-Mtsvane Pétillant Naturel is a bubbly orange wine from Georgia. Produced using the pét-nat method, it’s fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel (without skins or stems) and aged on the lees in bottle for six months.

Rkatsiteli–Mtsvane is a blend of two ancient, indigenous white grape varieties from Georgia. Mtsvane brings a fruity, aromatic lift to the pronounced acidity and firm tannins of Rkatsiteli. Both grapes naturally possess high acidity, making them well-suited for extended maceration.

Aromas and flavors include orange zest, pear purée, feijoa, and green apple, with additional notes of bread yeast, cheese, and butter contributing to its depth.
