A qvevri is an amphora-like vessel which has been used to ferment wine in Georgia for thousands of years. This ancient Georgian method highlights Saperavi’s deep color, bold tannins, and complex structure.

Made from the rare teinturier grape Saperavi—known for its red flesh and skin—the wine offers intense flavors of blackberry, blackcurrant, leather, and tobacco, with a long, satisfying finish.
