Harvested in the open field, the tomato that we have selected is a slightly tender red for the perfect expression of its qualities in our juice. The latter is enhanced with a touch of lemon for more temper and a fair retranscription of the fruit.

The cold extraction preserves the organoleptic properties of fruits and vegetables despite a lower yield. We ensure pasteurisation of our products to ensure best conservation and allow you to enjoy the flexibility of a three-year best-by date.
