Two Hands Lots Of In, Lots Of Out Riesling is a light, fruity and fun white wine from Tasmania. The Riesling grapes have been picked from the Coal River Valley region, then taken to the Two Hands’ winery in Marananga, Barossa Valley.
The wine is a beautifully pale straw colour. The aromas are intriguingly fruity, with notes of peach, lime and apple on the forefront, white flowers, mineral and spice to finish. The palate is well-balanced between fruity and acidic. Two Hands Lots Of In, Lots Of Out Riesling is the perfect easy-going, summery wine to indulge in.

The concept for Two Hands emerged in September 1999 when founders Michael Twelftree and Richard Mintz, attending a friend’s engagement party, decided it was time to create their own wine. Their original mission — still upheld today — was to craft exceptional Shiraz-based wines sourced from Australia’s finest wine regions. At a time when many Australian wines were mass-produced under multi-region labels with a standardized approach, they set out to break the mould. Their goal was to celebrate the uniqueness of Australian Shiraz by emphasizing regional and vineyard characteristics, allowing the fruit to take center stage.
