About the wines
Award-winning Turtle Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc – fresh and vibrant with passion fruit, gooseberry, and some melon characters. It has a balanced richness of fruit with a floral note through the palate, intense depth of flavour, and a crisp finish.
Makaridze Otskhanuri Sapere Red Dry 2023 – a natural Georgian wine made from organically grown Otskhanuri Sapere grapes. The name combines “colorful” (Sapere) and the village of Otskhana in Guria. Hand-picked and fermented with wild yeast, it is unfiltered and free from artificial additives, preserving the grape’s pure, authentic character.
Makaridze Tsitska White Dry 2023 – a natural Georgian wine made from organically grown Tsitska grapes. Produced using traditional Georgian methods, Makaridze wines are certified by the Natural Wine Association. Their vineyards, located in Western Imereti near the Kvrila River, thrive in a humid subtropical climate—ideal for expressive, balanced natural wines.
Cherubino Folklore Cabernet Merlot – a stylish medium-bodied red wine from Western Australia by Larry Cherubino. Bursting with blackcurrant and bay-leaf aromas, layered with cedar and chocolate notes, soft tannins and a long finish. Excellent value and perfect with red meat and rich dishes.
Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 perfectly showcases the Penfolds high-quality winemaking style and timeless knowledge of the craft. Their shiraz-cabernet sauvignon line is known for being well-rounded, nuanced and flavorful. Matured in seasoned French and American Oak casks. On the nose, the wine is remarkably aromatic, with notes of raspberry, dark cherry and slight spice on the foreground. On the palate, the spicy nature ensues, being well-balanced between acidic, fruity and rich with tannins.
Rosedale Ridge Chardonnay is a straw-yellow wine. Its aroma is marked by fresh flowers and green apple. On the palate, ripe fruit notes come forward. The wine is full-bodied with a long finish. It is an elegant and well-balanced white wine.
