Zonin Cuvée Zero is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine. The process begins with a traditional wine, which then undergoes a gentle alcohol removal process in a low-pressure environment. Because alcohol evaporates at lower temperatures under these conditions, the wine preserves its freshness and avoids taking on the flavors typically associated with cooked wine.
The aroma reveals bright, fruity notes of pear and delicate white blossoms. On the palate, it is lively and refreshing, with crisp flavors of apple and citrus. Made with Glera grapes.
