For whisky enthusiasts and casual sippers alike, finding a pour that combines exceptional character, craftsmanship, and rarity is an unforgettable experience. At Heldeke!, we take pride in offering what many consider the best whisky collection in Estonia. Nestled within our vibrant venue in Kalamaja, our bottle shop and bar curate spirits with intentionality and flair. Among our most celebrated selections is our lineup from North Star Spirits, an independent Scotch bottler renowned for unearthing extraordinary single malts and small-batch gems.
What Makes North Star Spirits Special?
Founded in Glasgow, Scotland, North Star Spirits operates on a simple yet ambitious premise: sourcing single casks and limited-edition batches from Scotland’s finest distilleries. Rather than blending away individuality, North Star bottles whiskies at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered, and free from artificial colorings. From rich Speyside single malts to bold Islay peat monsters and complex Highland drams, each bottle offers an unadulterated snapshot of time and terroir.
A Destination for Rare Whiskies in Tallinn
If you are on the hunt for rare whiskies in Tallinn, the North Star collection at Heldeke! is a true treasure trove. Independent bottlings like these are produced in very limited numbers, once a specific cask allocation is gone, it is gone forever. Whether you are eager to taste an aged Caol Ila, a rich Clynelish, or a unique blended malt expression, our shelves feature expressions you will rarely spot anywhere else in the region.
