North Star

North Star Spirits is an acclaimed Scottish independent bottler founded in Glasgow in 2016, dedicated to sourcing and bottling exceptionally rare, small-batch, and single-cask whiskies from Scotland’s finest distilleries. Unbound by mass-production constraints, North Star selects only outstanding oak casks at their peak of maturity, releasing limited-edition expressions that showcase the unadulterated artistry of traditional Scottish whisky making.

Every release from North Star Spirits is non-chill filtered and bottled at natural cask strength or optimal alcohol percentage, preserving the rich texture, natural color, and complex character imparted by decades of oak maturation. From heavily sherried Speyside malts to peated Islay gems and old grain whiskies, their curated portfolio represents a treasure trove for whisky collectors, connoisseurs, and passionate enthusiasts seeking rare, unrepeatable drams.
