Noam Bavarian Lager

Noam Bavarian Lager is a premium Munich-born beer brand that elegantly unites centuries-old Bavarian brewing traditions with modern aesthetics, cultural sophistication, and cutting-edge craft. Originally founded in 2016 at the Technical University of Munich and developed at the world-renowned Weihenstephan Research Centre, Noam represents the perfect harmony between scientific precision and authentic artisanal heritage.

Brewed using hops sourced exclusively from the legendary Hallertau region, the largest hop-growing region in the world, Noam achieves its signature refined elegance through a blend of two hop varieties: Hallertauer Tradition delivers a classic, delicate hop character, while Hallertauer Smaragd contributes vibrant, fresh citrus notes. The result is a smooth, crisp, and brilliantly approachable lager packaged in an iconic custom bottle designed to redefine the modern beer experience.
