Rävala Nordic Sweet Vermouth

Rävala Nordic Sweet Vermouth is a sweet, apple wine–based vermouth from Estonia. The vermouth is inspired by the ancient county of Rävala. Made with local apples, it balances richness and sharpness while reflecting the Nordic motto Festina lente—“hasten slowly.”

Infused with 22 ingredients, including Estonian cornflower, wormwood, roots, and barks, as well as exotic spices like anise and coriander, it captures the character of the Baltic landscape. Unlike most vermouths, it is not fortified with strong spirits, allowing its natural flavors to shine.
