Tauraite Sõstar & Suits is a blackcurrant liqueur, crafted from Estonian berries and smooth rye spirit. Inspired by Scottish whisky, the creator distilled blackcurrants dried with peat smoke into a robust eau de vie, then aged it with the liqueur. The composition is finished with a delicate touch of chili.
The drink has now matured over time and continues to develop in the bottle, offering a complex and evolving flavor experience.

Tauraite Country Spirits is the creative project of two Estonian actors, blending their passion for culture with craft spirits. Since 1998, they have performed in film, TV, and theater, but found a new form of expression in farming and distilling.
Tiina Tauraite: In 2012, I became an official farmer, growing blackcurrants and chili peppers — bold flavors that perfectly complement each other.
Erki Laur: When Tiina started cultivating chilies, I began bottling them. Our spirits, born in 2014, develop their richness and complexity over time.
Though art and spirits may seem different, both are about cultivating culture.
